The 2025 CUCOG Chairs Course and Annual Meeting took place on February 25-26, 2025 in Philadelphia, PA.

The CUCOG Chairs Course featured an esteemed roster of speakers who addressed important issues highly relevant to all Chairs. Topics included how Chairs could design equitable compensation for the revenue- and non-revenue-generating activities of our faculty, as well as leading our teams to promote wellness and minimize faculty churn. A career-building session offered a panel conversation on life after being an Ob Gyn Chair. Our keynote speaker shared important insight and counsel on how our faculty could be empowered and safe to practice the full scope of women’s health care in a post-Roe v. Wade environment.

The Annual Meeting highlighted CUCOG’s accomplishments over the past year, reflecting the work and priorities of our Chair colleagues across the country. Our keynote address from Dr. Jeffrey Hines focused on how we could partner with our communities to address the social determinants of health that shape the health outcomes of our patients.
